Rated 1 out of 5 by Ken69 from Worst pencils ever! The lead actually had grit of some sort in it. Made decent shading almost impossible. The wood doesn't even fit the graphite core, causing tearing when you sharpen. I know they're only a few bucks but these just plain suck.

Buying this set was cheaper than purchasing each pencil individually, plus it provided a few extra pencils and other items. They are of sufficient quality for a student. I can't speak to anything more than that.
